| West-tech, a subsidiary of Sofmit, was founded to prepare and train young university talents for software outsourcing companies. In cooperation with China’s top universities, Sofmit offers those talents an inside view of the IT business and also builds up an talent pool for ourselves , our partners and the whole IT industry in China. We trained different-level engineers according to actual needs, including junior engineer (simple coding/testing/other IT services), middle-level (skilled technicians with good communication capability and quickly adapt to different service environment), and absorb high-level talents (competent to be project manager with proven management experiences, good understanding of architecture and excellent communication capability). |
